  • Are my experiences and our conversations going to be kept confidential?

    Everything we discuss is confidential and remains between us.  It will nevber be disclosed unless  you choose to personally share your experience with someone on your own time.  

    There is nothing you should feel embarassed or afraid to share with me.  I assure you, you are not the first person to share your question or concern.  I will meet you with understanding and support

  • How is 5-element Healing different/ similar to Reiki?

    Like with Reiki, I provide energetic healing during the session. However, Reiki uses a different system.  During 5-element Healing, energy healing is part of the process, as are the guided breathing and visualizations, delivery of messages, and prescribing of personal techniques. 

    5-Element Healing offers the common benefits of Reiki, but they are two different systems.

  • What should I expect during my in-person session?

    On your first visit, we will introduce ourselves and discuss what your healing goals are. I will also answer any questions you have about the process. Each time we meet, I will have you update me on you and your goals, and we can discuss any questions you might have, or anything you want to share.

    After this, which takes about 5-10 minutes, I will have you take your shoes off and get on the table, lying on your back. I will guide you in some breathwork as we begin the Journey and energetic healing.

    After the healing and Journey is complete, we will return to the seating area to discuss your experience (I call this "Integration").  During integration, we process the Journey together as I deliver messages, recommend techniques, give guidance, and make suggestions.  After this, we close the session.  

    You will get an email from me with a recap after each session.

  • What should I expect during my phone or video chat session?

    On your first visit, we will introduce ourselves and discuss what your healing needs are. I will also answer any questions you have about the process. Each time we meet, I will have you update me on you and your goals.  We can discuss any questions you might have or anything you want to share.


    After this, which takes about 5-10 minutes, I will have you find a comfortable place to sit back, or preferably lay down. If this is a video chat, we don't need to see each other while you are lying down; you only need to hear my voice.

     I will guide you in some breathwork as I begin the Journey and energetic healing.


    After the healing and Journey is complete, we will return to the phone or screen to discuss your experience (I call this "Integration").  During integration, we process the Journey together as I deliver messages, recommend techniques, give guidance, and make suggestions. After this, we close the session. 

    You will get an email from me with a recap after each session.

  • What should I wear to my session?

    Comfortable clothes are recommended, but not entirely necessary. Many people come to sessions after or before work in their dress clothes or uniform. You will have to remove your shoes only when you get on the table.

  • What if I want to cancel or reschedule?

    You may cancel or rechsedule at any time through the link in your confirmation email, and by calling or texting me.

  • Do you recommend ongoing care?

    I recommend continued healing sessions for chronic stress, ongoing conditions or issues, and for highly sensitive people and empaths.


    My biggest regret is that often some clients recommended for regular sessions are unable to attend or commit.  They miss out on the full spectrum of results available to them, usually after a very successful initial visit. 

    They will then wait for a feeling of extreme difficulty or personal crisis to emerge (things that naturally occur in all of our lives) before resuming care. I always encourage you to come back and schedule, even if you have had to take a break from your healing.  I want to show you firsthand how ongoing care can make an incredible difference in your life.


    Regular sessions occur every 2-4 weeks at first, but we tend to spread these out as time goes on.  Long-term clients come in every 1-3 months or as needed.

  • What types of payments do you accept?

    I accept cash (in-person only), paypal, credit, debit, Apple Pay, Venmo, and Cash App.  You can either pre-pay when you book, or pay at the time of your appointment.

  • What types of messages are delivered, where do they come from?

    As you experience energy healing during your Journey, I am simultaneously aware of what you are seeing, hearing, feeling, etc.  I also may see into your past, childhood, past lives, and future.


    Your guides and helping spirits will show me certain things that I can relay to you in a message, they also help me channel the words, songs, and chants used to guide the Journey and ensure that I create the right type of healing experience for you that day.  Every experience is 100% unique to that person on that day.

    Your body and energy hold messages and information that I can sense and relay to you in the form of a message. 

    When I use the term "message," this includes any guidance, information, or suggestions from these sources that help you in your life and on your path of healing.

  • Will my experience ever be frightening? / What types of experiences do people tend to have?

    No, experiences will never be frightening or cause anxiety. This is a powerful form of healing, but it is very gentle, and creates a relaxing, meditative state quickly. Experiences vary between individuals, and one person will not have the same experience each time. It is determined by our energy type and what type of energy is best suited for you that day.

    Experiences during healing sessions include:

    • Meditative state
    • feeling of deep rest
    • pleasant out of body experiences
    • dream-like visual experiences
    •  life review
    • visions and spirit guidance
    • memory and recall
    • seeing colors, shapes, and designs
    • feeling healing as warmth and coolness in the body
    • pain relief
    • quiet mind

    These are descriptions clients have given when they receive Healing.  You could experience all or some of these things over time.

  • How does energy healing work and what does it feel like?

    Much of the energetic healing will take place with my hands hovering a few inches above the body, or gently touching your body directly in certain areas.  Energy points ate located at the bottoms of the feet, knee caps, the top and sides of the head, and on the abdomen, arms, tops of the feet, and sometimes the forehead or face.   

    For an injured body part (or at the site of chronic pain and conditions), direct contact with the area offers better results.

    Energetic healing can feel warm or cool, and tends to have a  relaxing, whole-body effect for most people.

    If we choose to do a session by video or phone, there is obviously no physical contact, but you will take the journey and are likely to feel these same physical sensations.


  • How long does it take to see results?

    Clients report some positive change right away. Most people immediately feel the effects of having balanced energy and spirit. They report feeling lighter and having more energy/less pain and anxiety.
