Guided Meditation: Embracing the Wealth of Each Moment

Take time today, as you remember, to pause. Breathe. Allow yourself to disappear into the wealth of this moment. Allow yourself, if you are able, to watch the river of thoughts, happenings, and emotions as it flows. Do not touch it, just breathe through your center. This is your connection to all things. Imagine in this moment that there is nothing to be done, nothing unfinished, nothing to become. Everything is forming into beauty. Breathe in the wealth of this moment. Now, return to your day.
