The Three Methods of Self-Talk


If we are keen on talking to ourselves, and find it to be helpful, there are a few ways in which we can do this:

Analytical thought, which can prove to be either augural, or stress inducing.

Intuition, which is the act of speaking to our deepest self, and our heart; a method for bringing a question back to the the form of answer, from which all questions originate.

Prayer, which consists of speaking within our own head, and heart, to that aspect of ourselves which stems from, and immerses itself in all things.

🌱

May we know our voices well, love them, and learn to trust them through use of them which is nourishing.
