Tuesday Morning Meditation

Start the day with me at The Playful Soul each Tuesday from 9am-10am with morning meditation.  We’ll explore mind-body connection through a brief segment of light movements, followed by guided meditation.  Building a better connection with the body, while expanding consciousness through meditation, we’ll leave the hour feeling rooted, renewed, and aware of our own energy and personal balance.   Style of meditation will be practical, expansive, energetic, wellness focused, easy to replicate at home, yet still refreshing and  powerful for experienced meditators.

Each Sunday, 11:30am at The Playful Soul, we bring the two together to unwind the weekend and create a healthy transition into the week ahead. Together we explore simple, powerful techniques to de-stress, improve our meditative experiences, promote wellness, and support eachother in the ebb and flow that is daily life.
This is also a resource for anyone looking for support or guidance, offered alongside easy to use techniques.
This is a donation-based class, and all donations go toward making resources like this more widely available. We look forward to seeing you there!
